Refund Policy

At Salgado Furnitures, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, many of our furniture items are custom manufactured or made to customer specifications. As a result, custom-made, made-to-order, or specially modified furniture cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or damaged due to our workmanship.

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request photographs or arrange an inspection before determining the appropriate resolution.

Where a refund or replacement is approved, Salgado Furnitures may choose to repair the product, replace it with an identical or equivalent product, or issue a refund based on the circumstances of the claim.

Orders cancelled before production begins may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on the stage of processing. Once production has commenced, cancellation charges may apply to cover material and manufacturing costs already incurred.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Sri Lanka.
