Welcome to Salgado Furnitures. By accessing or using our website, requesting quotations, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, pricing, and images are accurate, slight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of timber, lighting conditions, handcrafted finishes, or product improvements.

Custom-made and made-to-order furniture is manufactured according to customer requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving measurements, materials, finishes, colours, and design specifications before production begins. Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be confirmed only after payment terms have been agreed upon and accepted by both parties. Any deposits paid for custom orders may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

Delivery dates provided are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, material availability, weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver orders on time, Salgado Furnitures shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are requested to inspect all furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours so that appropriate action can be taken. Claims made after this period may be subject to inspection before acceptance.

Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, chemicals, or modifications carried out by third parties are not covered under any warranty or service offered by Salgado Furnitures.

All website content, including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Salgado Furnitures and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Salgado Furnitures reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
